Writing for me is a way to mine my inner world. I write in various forms, including creative non-fiction, poetry, plays and fiction. Here is a sampling of my writing which delves into my insights as a marketer, my experiences as an Asian American woman, and my thoughts on living an authentic life.
Book
I wanted to share my knowledge about marketing in a unique way. Santa’s Boardroom: A Story of How a Company Built a Beloved Brand is a narrative fiction story that teaches the principals of branding.
Having over-expanded both outside of its core competency in toys and beyond their core target of kids, Santa's Workshop is on the brink of failure. Santa and his team of elf executives learn to reinvent the brand by engaging in a step-by-step branding process that turns around the Workshop. Through the well-known story of Santa Claus, readers will learn about a branding approach any company can use to grow their business.

In my plays, I focus on women’s search for the truth. My plays explore the various roles that women must embody at work, at home and in society, whether as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, professional or lover.
